    Great article! Knowing your buyer is key, not only in what they are looking for in a home, but also how they communicate. As a builder for the Baby Boomer, we are finding our buyers communication methods stretch from the hand written note to the “tweet”. It is a challenge to connect, but one we seem to be doing well with. :)
