The Providence Group‘s mobile site was launched in August 2012, and was created because more than 20 percent of Atlanta home builder’s visitors were viewing the website from a mobile device. The mobile site features the same user-friendly content as their website, but allows users to access information easily and effective from smartphones and tablets. Benefits of the mobile site include faster content loading time, pages built for smaller screens, information presented in a finger-friendly format and content is accessible with minimal clicks.
The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of digital communication. The awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
In 2012, there were more than 2,000 entries for all of the award’s 240 categories. Entrants included digital professionals from audio, video and film production companies; web developers; advertising agencies; PR firms; corporate and government communication departments and independent creative professionals.
