Future plans for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods include everything from expanding its newly unveiled Signature Portfolio line, with standard features such as Wi-Fi ready homes and smart thermostats, to introducing more than a dozen new neighborhoods this year in Atlanta; Charleston, S.C.; Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C. and Nashville, Tenn.

It may not be shared with everyone, but that’s pretty close in our opinion!
