We are excited to announce the development of a new user-friendly website and mobile site for our client, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. The builder wanted to give Atlanta home buyers a faster and easier way to search for new homes.
The website features much of the typical builder information like the blog, home buying tools, etc. However, now it also includes a new content management system, new website design, mortgage calculator, design studio overview and a vast photo and video gallery.
Other new features on the Providence Group’s website include an integrated Google map of communities updated MLS data feeds and buttons to social media sites such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube. Homebuyers can even earn $1,000 toward their new home by using the Online Advisor with personalized service to narrow home choices.
Mitch Levinson, managing partner with mRELEVANCE states, “We also created a mobile site because 20 percent of this home builder’s prospects were visiting the website from their mobile devices.”
The formatting of the mobile site was altered to provide information in a finger-friendly format for those using smartphones and tablets. However, all of the same important information about The Providence Group remains. A few added benefits to homebuyers of creating the mobile site are faster content loading times, web-pages built for the smaller screens of the various devices and access to content with minimal clicks.
