A gated, riverfront community located in Warwick, GA on the banks of the Flint River, Flint River Preserve came to mRELEVANCE with a specific set of goals. From those goals, the mRELEVANCE team created a set of tactics to achieve marketing success.

Flint River Preserve is a riverfront community currently selling three different types of home sites: Village, Estate and Riverfront. It is the first National Association of Home Builders Research Center four-star green-certified development in the state of Georgia. When home buyers purchase a home site in this community, they invest in much more than a home site. The new community tagline created by mRELEVANCE, “Come Home to Nature, Where Life is Simple” really sums up the experience of living at Flint River Preserve where more than 70-percent of the communities’ 376 acres is preserved. This preserved common area consists of five stocked fishing lakes, nature trails, wildlife habitat and agricultural land. Residents also enjoy a community orchard with a variety of fruit trees and a garden where they can grow vegetables and flowers.
