mRELEVANCE Named Finalist for Best Social Media Campaign

-

Traton HomesmRELEVANCE is thrilled to announce that we have been named a silver winner and finalist in The Nationals for Best Social Media Campaign for our work done for the “Where Will Traton Homes Spring Up Next?” campaign.  This marks the second achievement for this campaign, which recently won gold for Best Social Media Campaign at the 33rd Annual OBIE Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

This social media campaign encouraged interaction and engagement among Traton Homes’ homeowners, influencers and potential buyers. A Facebook landing page created for the campaign encouraged visitors to guess the location of the builder’s newest community. When visitors clicked on a location (marked by a flower), the flower “bloomed” into a submission form with opt-in lead capture for the builder. The campaign was promoted with Facebook posts, sponsored posts and ads, as well as Google+, Pinterest, Twitter, the builder’s blog and an e-flyer. During the 19 day campaign period, the builder received 100 unique guesses, 310 Facebook likes, 246 landing page visits and a 77 percent increase in Facebook traffic.

Now in its 33rd year, The Nationals, which are presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), pay tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individuals, home builders, associates and sales and marketing councils. The awards ceremony is one of the highlights of the annual International Builders’ Show, and the annual gala draws more than 600 attendees eager to learn who will win the Academy Award-style statuettes.

mRELEVANCE team members Carol Morgan, Mitch Levinson, Laura Craft and Mike Adamczyk will all be in attendance at this year’s International Builders’ Show and The Nationals awards ceremony to find out if our campaign will be awarded the gold prize.
