After acquiring Atlanta home builder Legendary Communities in 2014, Meritage Homes located its new South Region headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. mRELEVANCE successfully scored a PR placement for Meritage Homes’ Atlanta division in October after sending out a press release to local media highlighting the builder’s Home for the Holidays sales event. The South Fulton Neighbor, which reaches more than 22,000 residents living on Atlanta’s growing Southside, placed the story highlighting the event. Designed to help buyers be in their new home in time for the holidays, the promotion included builder paid closing costs when a buyer purchased a select showcase home by Nov. 20 and closed by Dec. 15, 2015. The showcase homes could be found in communities throughout metro Atlanta, including three South Fulton communities.
Meritage Homes currently builds new homes in Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth and Fulton counties. Prices range from the mid-$100,000s through the $600,000s, which makes the builder an option for nearly every buyer in the market. Homes range from two to six bedrooms and up to nearly 6,000 square feet. With more than 250 plans offered in 35 communities, and a multitude of new communities in the works for 2016, Meritage Homes aims to offer something for every buyer in metro Atlanta, no matter the price point, location or size home needed.
