Saying “I Do” to a new home is easy with an interactive social media campaign leading the way down the aisle. Recently, mRELEVANCE, LLC launched a Pinterest contest for Keystone Custom Homes, central Pennsylvania’s largest locally owned home builder. Say “I Do” to Your New Home encourages participants to engage with the builder on Pinterest and to learn more about its wedding program for a chance to win a $250 Bed, Bath and Beyond gift card. The contest ends November 14, and the winner will be announced on November 15, 2014.
“Keystone’s wedding program is unique to the building industry, so we developed a campaign that is just as unique,” explained Carol Morgan, managing partner of mRELEVANCE. “The graphics are inspired by bridal sketches and are similar to images you’d find in high-end fashion magazines.” The campaign includes digital components, as well as the opportunity to interact with Keystone’s staff at their bridal show booth. Morgan continued, “This combination of in person and online opportunities is sure to excite potential buyers and inspire them to enter the contest and say ‘I Do’ to a new home.”
To enter, participants must follow these simple steps:
1. Follow Keystone Custom Homes on Pinterest.
2. Create a board named #SayIDoKCHContest.
3. Re-pin images of items to decorate their dream Keystone Custom Home. Images can range from appliances to home décor items to favorite floor plans. Be sure to check Keystone’s wedding board for inspiration.
4. Once a board including the hashtag #SayIdoKCHContest has been created, it will be entered into the contest.
While on Pinterest, participants can also view gorgeous images of the builder’s homes and discover more about its wedding program through the board, “Happily Ever After Starts Here.” Partnering with Wells Fargo Bank, Keystone’s program assists engaged couples to save for down payments on new homes by allowing their loved ones to make deposits into registry accounts without an obligation to purchase from Keystone.
