“Carol Flammer rocked the house today with some terrific Social Media Tips for all of us in Real Estate! :),” comments HBAMT’s SMC President Bridget Wright Thompson following the “Get Social” Seminar.
I can only add that the crowd in Nashville was enthusiastic and engaged. I had a great time presenting to the Home Builder’s Association of Middle Tennessee in Nashville. A big thank you to sponsors Professional Warranty Service Corporation, HouseLens.TV and Regions Mortgage for making this program possible. And thanks so much to Bridget Thompson for arranging everything.
An interactive presentation, participants had lots of great questions about blogging. Several homes builders already have blogs that are terrific, including the Nashville Homes Blog that Trey Lewis writes. Trey’s site provides an excellent example of how to write posts in first person and how to write with personality. The Jones Company of Tennessee shares news of their communities and industry news of interest to buyers on the Live Jones Blog. Of course, I invited the audience to post on our mRELEVANCE site, Nashville Real Estate Forum.
The 3 hour continuing education (CE) course covered social media statistics, blogging, Twitter set up, Facebook use, strategy, campaigns, integration and more.
