mRELEVANCE, LLC is pleased to announce that it is currently celebrating its seventh anniversary. Managing Partner Carol Morgan states, “We judge our success by our client’s success. Based on their ROI from working with us during the past seven years, I’d say we are pretty successful!” mRELEVANCE works to create effective marketing strategies for clients. Through a combination of innovative thinking, focused messages, new technologies, traditional public relations and graphic design, mRELEVANCE helps clients across the country reach and build relationships with their target market, drive traffic to their websites and increase sales.
In honor of its seven successful years, mRELEVANCE is highlighting seven recent client successes to showcase the integration of these methods to create meaningful results.
mRELEVANCE knows that the Internet is the first place people go when making a purchase decision, and establishing a website that is easy to use is just as important as having a web presence. For large medical digital imaging equipment supplier and service company Accelectronics, having a user-friendly web design was essential for their life-saving oncology equipment. The new responsive website allows customers to easily view it from any device, contact the company directly from any page and search for products in the prominently-displayed search box just above the side-bar menu. And because Accelectronics has equipment all around the world, the site features an all-inclusive language selection bar to better serve every one of its customers. Clients FrontDoor Communities and Rausch Coleman Homes also recently received website makeovers, allowing for more engagement and functionality for current and future customers. The unique and individual goals for each of their websites were exceeded in terms of qualified traffic and actual buyers.
Keystone Custom Homes’ “Say I Do” promotion was a success for not only the Pennsylvania-based home builder, but also for mRELEVANCE. The campaign, which resulted in national media attention and 51 total entries, generated engagement on Pinterest and Facebook, as well as increased the builder’s influence and brand. This promotion has recently been named a 31st Annual Phoenix Awards Project Finalist by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Georgia Chapter.
Another finalist for this year’s Phoenix Awards is the “Twice as Nice” tax promotion developed for Essex Homes. By creating the digital marketing campaign and promoting it through a variety of tactics, including behaviorally targeted ads, social media, public relations, email and more, mRELEVANCE helped Essex Homes sell 68 new homes and contributed to its highest sales month ever. Additionally, the tax incentive assisted the South Carolina home builder in leading the Columbia homebuilding market in building permits for the first quarter of 2015.
In addition to creating integrated marketing campaigns, mRELEVANCE is helping clients stay on the cutting edge of technology. For The Providence Group of Georgia’s Bellmoore Park community in Atlanta, mRELEVANCE launched an online and on-site interactive sales tool that allows home buyers to get real-time information on available homes and take a virtual tour of the 224-acre community. This innovative technology has been a large component of Bellmore Park’s early success, and it continues to drive customer interest and sales in the community.
Through traditional public relations and extensive industry knowledge, mRELEVANCE has placed clients in a variety of local, national, online and print publications. Lately, Construction Resources has been receiving a lot of attention, with features in Atlanta Magazine’s HOME and Kitchen and Bath Business.
mRELEVANCE is proud of its clients and accomplishments, and is excited to see what the future holds. For more information on mRELEVANCE, its successful marketing campaigns and services, visit www.MarketingRELEVANCE.com.
