Their website features a mobile friendly, responsive design, as well as a modern design and intuitive navigation for a seamless user experience. The Providence Group, a Green Brick Partners builder, is a customer-focused home builder specializing in upscale interiors and amenity rich communities in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. Marketing Relevance originally built a new website back end for TPG. After the company when through a re-brand effort we then completed a front end re-design for them, which is their current website. We also integrated their website into stand alone, sales office kiosks that are automatically synced with website updates, and we manage a complete SEO program for them including AdWords PPC ads.

Increased website functionality and an improved user experience were the goals for Essex Homes, a Charlotte, NC area builder focusing on affordability while providing upscale options. Marketing Relevance also created some very successful promotions for Essex Homes: “Live the American Dream”, the timely tax time “Twice as Nice” and the fun and popular “Stake your Claim” event. Strategy was key with these promotions as multiple touch points with potential buyers were necessary for success including email, social media, digital ads, public relations, and blogging.
