Home Builder in Virginia Increases Lead Conversion
For over 50 years The Dragas Companies has been a local builder with a national reputation. Developing planned communities in the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake areas of Virginia with a condominium lifestyle, they present their discerning buyers with maintenance free living in both multi-family and single-family homes.
Dragas approached Marketing Relevance to help promote two of their communities, King’s Point and Spence Crossing. We went to work strategizing a multi-level creative campaign that included email, direct mail, social media, and website directives.
For approximately one week we ran two Facebook ads (one for each community) that pointed to customized landing pages on their website. These landing pages included a call to action form for the user to fill out, implying interest in learning more about these communities.
Surrounding the week of digital promotions we conducted both email and direct mail initiatives utilizing the existing client owned prospect list.
The one week campaign for King’s Pointe resulted in 805 website leads; 504 (63%) of which were new visitors.
That same week, the Spence Crossing campaign saw 562 leads; of which a whopping 75% (420) were new visitors.
The complete campaign resulted in approximately a dozen forms being completed and submitted online…within that same one week timeframe.
