Yesterday, Marketing Relevance was honored with a Gold OBIE at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 37th annual OBIE Awards. The OBIEs are awards presented to outstanding participants in the greater Atlanta new home construction industry.
This award for Best Website; Corporate-Builder/Developer represents a website project designed and built by Marketing Relevance for KM Homes, a builder of luxury new homes in the Atlanta metro area.
KM Homes had a number of goals in mind for the new site, including improvement of lead capture; desktop and mobile consistency; and a clean, modern aesthetic, along with updated technical attributes.
Marketing Relevance worked with KM Homes to update and refresh their site to include features that make the site easier to use for both prospective buyers and staff alike. Adhering to the KM Homes brand, Marketing Relevance took their two separate sites, one desktop and one mobile, and combined them with optimized front and back end functionality. Staff efficiency was also addressed by providing a process that directly pulls pricing information from their inventory system and automatically updates the website.
An attention grabbing home page, user friendly navigation and gorgeous high resolution photos of their properties and homes took center stage drawing buyers in by the droves. In fact, average leads for the new site increased from less than one per month, to 24 per month! Time spent on the site also increased, as well as the number of leads and total traffic. Lead and goal conversion rate jumped 7.95%, which is nearly 10 times the industry average for lead generation.
