mRELEVANCE Develops Social Media Campaign for Keystone Custom Homes

Keystone Custom HomesmRELEVANCE, LLC is excited to announce the launch of a new social media campaign for Keystone Custom Homes. The company, central Pennsylvania’s largest independent homebuilder, is celebrating its 20th anniversary and called on the integrated marketing agency to develop a new promotion. “20 Ways to Save” provides homebuyers with 20 special coupons on a variety of channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and the builder’s website and blog.

“We developed this campaign to promote Keystone Custom Homes’ 20th anniversary, while also providing homebuyers with a way to save while interacting with the builder,” stated Carol Flammer, managing partner of Marketing RELEVANCE. “By positioning a variety of offers on multiple social media sites, buyers have to visit all to get the coupon they want most. This will attract more traffic to each site, and in turn create more interaction.”

Coupons offered in this promotion include upgraded kitchen packages, free appliances, upgraded flooring, $1,000 off home prices and even one year of free HOA dues.

Only one coupon is permitted per sales agreement. Agreement of sales written prior to August 1, 2012 are excluded. The value of each coupon is determined by the home plan chosen.
