mRELEVANCE Launches Spring Social Media Campaign for Keystone Custom Homes

Keystone Custom Homes Pinterest ContestmRELEVANCE, LLC announces that it has recently launched a new social media campaign for Keystone Custom Homes, central Pennsylvania’s largest locally owned home builder. “Decorate Keystone’s Model Home for Spring” encourages participants to interact with the builder on Pinterest and Facebook from now until Tuesday, May 13, 2014 for a chance to win Pottery Barn gift cards.

“We are excited to launch this campaign for Keystone Custom Homes,” said Carol Morgan, managing partner of mRELEVANCE. “We have created several Pinterest contests, and they have been very successful for our clients. Pinterest followers increase and, since we promote these campaigns on Facebook, so do Facebook likes. For this one, we wanted to take advantage of the synergy between Facebook and Pinterest to further spread engagement across both sites by introducing new campaign elements.”

To enter the contest, participants need to complete a number of steps:

1.    Follow Keystone Custom Homes on Pinterest
2.    Create a spring-inspired design board titled “Decorate Keystone’s Model Home for Spring.”
3.    Pin at least 10 images of family rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and more to their boards and use the hashtag #DecorateKCHHomeForSpring on each pin.
4.    Comment on the Keystone Custom Homes’ Facebook page with a link to their new board by Wednesday, May 7 for a chance to win a $250 Pottery Barn gift card.

After submissions close, Keystone Custom Homes’ Facebook fans will have the opportunity to select the winner by voting for one of the top two Pinterest boards. Facebook voting will run from Thursday, May 8 to Tuesday, May 13, and everyone that votes will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 Pottery Barn gift card. Of course the most popular board will receive a $250 Pottery Barn gift card.

“The poll is a unique way to engage with more than just Pinterest users and to reach even more potential home buyers,” said Janette Hawkins, vice president of marketing and information technology with Keystone Custom Homes. “This innovative tool will be a great way to end this fun campaign. We can’t wait to see the results!”

mRELEVANCE has implemented Pinterest campaigns for clients such as Traton Homes and French Brothers with excellent results.
