Topics will include how to track the key metrics of cost per lead and cost per sale, how to focus on the highest-ROI strategies to speed up results and how to avoid the three biggest mistakes that builders make online. The audience will give input into what case study this dynamic duo will present. Attend to see which one “wins” – Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing or Targeted Display Advertising.
Tuesday, January 19 at 3 p.m.
Levinson will share his expertise at a Building Knowledge Session titled, “The Great Debate: Millennials or Boomers?” He will be on a panel with Rachel Flint of Hubbell Homes LC, Douglas Van Lerberghe of KEPHART and Jennifer Wallace-Brodeur of AARP. This will be a lively debate on whether millennials or boomers will determine housing and community design. Attendees will be encouraged to pick a side as they hear an exciting debate by the presenters on which demographic they should be targeting in their marketing, the positives and negatives of attracting each group in relation to builders’ communities and how to accommodate both generations in terms of design and amenities.
Thursday, January 21 at 11 a.m.
Morgan and Levinson will present “Mobile Marketing – Engage Your Customers Via Your Website” at Remodelers Central. Understanding mobile marketing and how to use mobile devices to your advantage when engaging with customers online is more important than ever. If your site isn’t responsive, it is time to make this a priority. This session aims to educate attendees on this ever-growing and evolving medium and teach them how to set up a mobile-friendly program to reach customers immediately.
IBS attendees will also get a chance to meet Morgan, Levinson and the mRELEVANCE team at their booth on the showroom floor located at nextBUILD #C2665.
