Kim discusses with Mitch how Newport’s marketing has helped them become a prominent builder in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Mitch and Kim talk about how a majority of Newport’s clients come from referrals from the real estate agents they work and formed relationships with. They even take the agents on a bus tours to educate them on available properties. By doing the tours, it gives the agents the necessary tools to confidently answer any questions the clients might have. Kim wants the audience to know that Newport Builders give potential clients the options to visit construction sites, 360 virtual tours and any other accommodations that help the client feel like they have made the right decision for their future home.
