Riverfront Community Gets Gorgeous Marketing Brochure

community brochureFlint River Preserve, a riverfront community located in South Georgia, is one of mRELEVANCE, LLC’s newest clients. Along with a fully integrated strategic marketing program, this gorgeous community needed a new marketing brochure to properly convey its lifestyle and the available home site opportunities.

The mRELEVANCE team created a new brand message for the community: “Come Home to Nature, Where Life is Simple.” Interestingly enough, the simplicity of the message is purposeful. mRELEVANCE was striving for a short message to encapsulate the entirety of the Flint River Preserve experience. Two short sentences can easily paint a portrait of what residents of this riverfront community experience on a daily basis.

The tri-fold design brochure details the community’s vision, home site information, amenities, sustainability and location along with a myriad of beautiful imagery. From the front to the back, readers of the brochure are guided through a journey into the life within Flint River Preserve. A base color of black helps the greens, whites, oranges, yellows and other colors to pop off the page.

On the inside cover, readers see pictures of the lake, Fort Flint (a children’s play area) and the community garden. Additionally, pictures of the model home interior and another home’s exterior provide an idea of the Southern-style architecture featured in the community. Above and below these images are bite-sized morsels of information about the community’s vision, the types of home sites and the numerous amenities.

Opening the tri-fold to the center of the brochure, readers are further guided into the natural world and wilderness surrounding residents in Flint River Preserve. In the center lies a rendering of the community showing the current and future community plan and amenities.

Flint River Preserve is a riverfront, gated community named the first green-certified development in the state of Georgia by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center. More than 70 percent of the 376 acres in the development are common areas, consisting of five stocked fishing lakes, nature trails, wildlife habitat and agricultural land.
