Episode 20 of Marketing Relevance’s Staying Relevant Podcast is now live. In this episode Mitch Levinson, Marketing Relevance President, sits down with Becky Kitchner, real estate agent at RE/MAX. Becky has been a licensed realtor for 27 years both in Alabama and Illinois. Becky serves many roles in the real estate industry such as; teaching pre and post license courses, continuing education instructor and wrote and taught a license law course.
Mitch and Becky spoke at length about the marketing tactics that have helped her continue to be a successful agent. Becky relies on word of mouth referrals from past and present clients. Referrals are received by making sure that her clients are satisfied with her services which is one of her hallmarks. Becky participates in many networking groups, sponsors events and hosts annual client events.
In episode 20, Becky explains to Mitch how staying on top of goals is essential in her business and uses a coach to help her track her activities in order to maintain her goals. One marketing tactic that many people use, such as cold calling, Becky explains does not work for her target market. People don’t want to rely on a stranger to help them with potentially the largest transaction in their life.
