mRELEVANCE, LLC recently won two Gold 2015 Hermes Creative Awards and an Honorable Mention. The award winning work includes a Gold award for Traton Homes’ Pinterest Perfect Model Home social media/consumer engagement campaign, a Gold award for the Northstar Finance website and an Honorable Mention for the Keystone Custom Homes’ “Say I Do” wedding social media campaign. The Hermes Creative Awards recognize marketing, public relations and communications companies around the world in the areas of writing and design.
Traton Homes’ Pinterest Perfect Model Home was awarded a Gold Hermes for consumer engagement using social media. The interactive social media campaign encouraged Pinterest users to use the #PinterestPerfectModel hashtag and build their perfect dream home board. mRELEVANCE cross-promoted the contest among popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to encourage participation in the campaign. The Traton Homes model home in Lafayette Square was highlighted on a new Pinterest board on the Traton Homes Pinterest page called “Pinterest Perfect Model Home.” The campaign resulted in 170 new Pinterest followers, which was an 88 percent increase, and 290 Facebook likes, which was a 20 percent increase. Best of all, Traton Homes sold out of all available inventory homes at Lafayette Square by the end of the campaign.
A Gold Hermes was awarded for the Northstar Finance website, which was built to provide builders the ability to educate themselves about the loans available, facilitate the loan process, have a user-friendly interface, showcase testimonials and be effective and user-friendly. The main goals of the new website were to have a simple to use site that could be used on any device. mRELEVANCE optimized the blog and website to be mobile-friendly, so information about products and loans were readily available and easily accessible to builders. Within the first 120 days, the website exceeded expectations with 6,843 page views, 2,223 sessions, an average session of two minutes and 55 seconds and an average of 3.08 pages viewed per browsing session. 46 percent of overall traffic was direct traffic, while 39 percent and 11 percent came from organic search and referral, respectively.
An Honorable Mention was awarded for the Keystone Custom Homes’ (KCH) “Say I Do” wedding campaign. Say “I Do” to Your New Home was an interactive Pinterest contest designed to promote Keystone Custom Homes’ wedding program. The goals of the social media campaign were to increase overall brand awareness and online presence for the builder. Contestants were required to create a “Say I Do” board on Pinterest and re-pin images to their board with the hashtag #SayIDoInYourKCHHome. Once their boards were complete, each contestant posted the link to Facebook. The contest ran for 52 days and resulted in 107 new followers to the KCH Pinterest page, 380 followers to the contest board, 50 contest entries and 121 new likes to the KCH Facebook page. The campaign even drew attention from Builder Online (circulation of 117,605), which spread awareness of the contest through the online and print article, Campaign Urges Young Buyers to Say ‘I Do’ to a New Home. Overall, as compared to the year-long average, social media traffic increased by 20 percent.
