For this project, Keystone Custom Homes partnered with Marketing Relevance to create a year-long Dream Vacation promotion for Realtors. The goal of the program was to cultivate relationships with co-op Realtors by providing them with a special perk beyond the standard commission for selling homes.
For every home sold, Realtors were entered for a chance to win an all-inclusive Dream Vacation for two to Costa Rica. Plus, Visa gift cards were given out during quarterly drawings. The more homes that Realtors sold, the more chances they had to win.
The colorful, fun graphics that Marketing Relevance created attracted a lot of attention. To stay top of mind throughout the year, Dream Vacation was promoted with blog posts (especially on the Keystone Rewards Realtors blog, developed by Marketing Relevance), emails, flyers, news releases and social media updates.
