Essex Homes wanted a fresh campaign and offered up to $5,000 in savings on the purchase on their new homes! The concept behind the promotion was to provide every potential homebuyer with a unique spot in the house that they called theirs, leveraging off of the “His” and “Hers” idea. The promotional period included three parts. Every part of the campaign was unique, and focused on promoting a space within the home whether that be for her, him or both!
The first focused on “Her Spaces” which ran in May with a focus on Mother’s Day. The second campaign focused on “His Spaces” which ran through June and Father’s Day. Lastly, the “Our Spaces” campaign was geared towards the shared spaces within the home, like kitchens, living rooms, and office spaces, this final stage ran through the end of July.
The campaign included a wide assortment of materials, including a landing page, eBlasts, 3 print pieces of various sizes, as well as social media assets. This campaign truly captured what Essex had in mind, and generated 78 direct leads from this promotion in these 3 short summer months.
