Essex Homes’ “Stake Your Claim” event offered two days of fun touring Woodcreek Crossing and being among the first to reserve a home site in the community. The successful event resulted in two home sales, four home site reservations and more than 30 interested home buyers attending despite the uncooperative and temperamental spring weather.
On Saturday, April 25 2015 and Sunday, April 26 in Elgin, South Carolina, potential home buyers were escorted through each of the available home sites to make reservations on their preferred homestead.
The event was a huge success as buyers were able to stake their claim on their preferred home site at Woodcreek Crossing, a neighborhood located within the Woodcreek Farms master-planned community in Richland County, South Carolina. The event not only allowed for homeowners to nail down their potential home site, but also attracted the attention of many other families looking for a new home in the greater Columbia, South Carolina area.
mRELEVANCE promoted the campaign through a variety of tactics including specifically targeted social media and intentional blogging. Sales increased because of the event, and Essex Homes’ social media presence was enhanced through increased interaction and engagement.
Woodcreek Crossing is a community of new single-family homes located within Woodcreek Farms, a master-planned golf course community with homes priced from the low $300,000s. Lakes, parks, walking trails and a 100-acre nature preserve make up an exclusive community that boasts unparalleled beauty. An upscale country club and its amenities including fine dining, tennis, a swimming pool and golf course make it impossible for potential new homeowners to resist Woodcreek Crossing.
