Career Highlight: Mitch was given the William "Bill" Molster lifetime achievement award from the National Sales and Marketing Council for his willingness to give back, and effort helping in the industry over his career.
Involvement: Mitch is the 2019 National Chairman of the National Sales and Marketing Council, and has been the 2018 Chair of the Business Management and Information Technology Council, Executive Board Member of the National Association of Home Builders, the 2014 Chair of the Institute of Residential Marketing, Growth Coordinator of his local BNI chapter, and other positions that give back to the community. Mitch also has coached youth sports every year since 2002, and currently coach's a 5th grade basketball team and a 5th grade travel baseball team.
Favorite Quote: “Good friend, I am building this bridge for him.” –from The Bridge Builder by Will Allen Dromgoole. This poem has made a significant impact on Mitch's life, so much so that he can still recite every single word if called upon.
Fun Fact: Mitch is a certified scuba diver and has dove with sharks, wild dolphin, sting rays, barracuda and other colorful fish. He's even held a baby octopus in his hands.
Superpower: As an Eagle/Owl, Mitch would be omniscient to be able to know and see everything...every detail, from 30,000 feet.
Hobbies: Riding his motorcycle, playing softball, coaching youth sports and watching sports (from kids to college to pro sports, he’s definitely a sports fanatic).

Mitch’s expertise is in building websites that generate leads (2-4% conversion), and integrating creative, search, social and content to drive qualified buyers to our clients. Using those tools around the core of a strong blog and website, he unifies the company brand message and delivers it to their target market. He has experience in a variety of industries including medical, real estate, technology, personal finance, sports, construction products, small business and start ups.
Regardless of his task, Mitch stays focused on the bigger picture. Whether he is bringing in new business, leading a client's brainstorming or branding initiative, conducting a discovery call for a new web development project, monitoring SEO and search rankings or Google’s changes, teaching seminars, or coaching his kids’ sports teams, Mitch’s purpose is to help people identify and document, and then ultimately reach their goals. His ability to see each endeavor through a wide angle lens allows him to create effective strategies that deliver exponential results. Mitch is the Marketing Relevance thought leader who moves our agency in new directions to increase revenue and improve leads and traffic for clients.
Driven by his passion in everything he does, he loves to see our high quality products produce strong results. Mitch is the author of “Internet Marketing: The Key to Increased New Home Sales” published by BuilderBooks. Mitch has spoken at a number of tradeshows, including the International Builders’ Show, the Southern Building Show, and Sales and Marketing Councils where he encourages participants to “think like a search engine.”
Mitch was among the first graduating class in the country to earn an MBA in Ecommerce and Information Systems, which translates to the first digital marketing masters degree in the country. He also holds the MIRM (Masters in Residential Marketing), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), CGP (Certified Green Professional) and CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designations from NAHB and REALTOR© and ePRO© from NAR.
He resides in Arlington Heights, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago, with his family, two rambunctious labs, two cats and fish. In his spare time, Mitch is very involved with his children’s extracurricular activities.
